We pride ourselves in being a Black Belt school, where students, young and younger alike, train and work to become the best they can be; not just in our school but in life. We teach physical and mental self-defense, self-discipline, respect, focus, goal setting, perseverance, personal fitness and a host of other personal development skills.

Lil' Dragons Program - Ages 4-5
Our Lil' Dragons Program is designed to teach children how to respect their bodies, as well as their parents, family and teachers. Our classes are geared toward improving focus and concentration, physical fitness, balance and hand-eye coordination. Children interact in a fun, safe environment that teaches the importance of strong values and good character.
Youth Program - Ages 6-7
Junior Program - Ages 8-12
Our Youth and Junior programs are designed to teach self-discipline, instill self-respect, and improve concentration and focus. Our carefully designed classes emphasize advancement and growth based on your child's individual pace. Your child will achieve physical fitness, develop hand-eye coordination and learn to set and achieve goals in a fun, safe environment that teaches the importance of strong values and good character.
More than any time in history, martial arts training has become an outlet for teens and adults wanting to keep fit, lose weight, relieve stress and better their minds. Our adult program will help young adults take control of their bodies and minds while learning important principles such as self-confidence, self-respect and goal setting. Adults will find our programs to be a great way to get back some "me" time and to achieve physical and mental development, personal protection skills, stress management, increased focus and energy, health and self protection goals. Our classes are taught in a motivating and relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to train at your own pace. Our training methods will develop reflexes, coordination, flexibility, power, speed and endurance.
